We are Mirko and Caro – together with our kids Paul and Lene, Hannah we warmly welcome you to our holiday apartment in Bad Zwischenahn!
Our accommodation is ideal for larger groups: families, friends, business travelers, or workers. There is plenty of space to relax, work, cook, and unwind after a long day. Whether you're here for a short stay or a longer project – you'll find everything you need.
The location is perfect: right across from the Park of Gardens and just a short walk to the Bad Zwischenahner Meer, the beach area, ferry pier, and beautiful walking paths. Bakery, supermarket, snack bar, and pizzeria – all within walking distance.
Important: Our apartment is not a place for parties or loud gatherings. We value a respectful atmosphere and want all guests – and our neighbors – to feel comfortable.
Since we've moved to southern Germany with our family, we've handed over the care of the apartment to Shom.io, a professional short-term rental management team. They take care of everything – from check-in to cleaning. If you ever need help during your stay, Shom.io is always available for you.
Oh, and by the way: We love spending time in this apartment ourselves whenever we can – because it feels like home to us. That’s why we’re especially happy when you enjoy it just as much.

Our accommodation is ideal for larger groups: families, friends, construction workers, or business travelers will find plenty of space, comfort, and everything they need for a relaxing stay. The apartment offers privacy while also providing enough space for cooking together, socializing, or simply relaxing after a long day.
The location couldn't be better: directly across from the Park der Gärten, in the immediate vicinity of the Bad Zwischenahner Meer lake with its swimming area, ferry dock, and beautiful walking paths. A bakery, supermarket, snack bar, and pizzeria – everything is within easy walking distance.
Important: Our vacation apartment is not a place for parties or loud celebrations. We value respectful neighborly relations and want all guests—and our neighbors—to feel comfortable.
Since we moved to southern Germany with our family, we entrusted the management of our vacation apartment to the professional hands of Shom.io. Everything runs smoothly for you – from check-in to cleaning to key handover. Should you ever need assistance, Shom.io is available to help you at any time.
